Just a short note on our Rhine cruise. It was excellent and we enjoyed all the extras you arranged for us. Well I just did not enjoy the Luzern because it was really just a wonderful shopping site for the women – not one of my favourite activities. The only change we all agreed on would be 3 days in Amsterdam and one day in Zurich. As for the hotel problem in Amsterdam, the replacement hotel, called the W hotel, turned out to be good with excellent customer service and much nearer the action. So all is well that ends well. We look forward to next years trip where ever that will be. Probably will require an exploratory meeting with you.   John and Doreen
